The Casermetta Espace Mont-Blanc at Col de La Seigne (Val Veny - Courmayeur, Italy), was inaugurated on Monday 21 June. This information and exhibition space for all the hikers who walk the Tour du Mont-Blanc, every summer welcomes over 10,000 visitors from all over the world and, in agreement with the Aosat Valley Region, carries out didactic and environmental education activities, as long as information activities dedicated to mountain safety.

In compliance with the COVID rules, reception at the Casermetta will be guaranteed until September 15, with an opening seven days a week.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday, a hiking guide from the Arc en Ciel team will set up educational workshops open to everybody. Subject: the glacial environments of Mont Blanc and on the value of water (as part of the Interreg Italy - Switzerland RESERVAQUA project).
