Conditions June 28th 2021

The conditions of the TMB are always constantly improving. The route still has some sections on snow but the main track is well marked and wide. However, it is advisable not to venture outside of this and to pay attention to the snow bridges, especially where they cover the water streams. Trekking shoes and poles strictly necessary, trekking crampons recommended (in case of hard snow in the early morning).
Weather focus: today will be particularly unstable starting from the late morning and in the afternoon even sudden thunderstorms could develop. Over the next few days the weather will remain unstable, with showers more likely in the afternoon.
